We were soooo hoping these two could work it out what with their newborn and everything!
But it looks like Malin Akerman and Roberto Zincone are calling it quits for good as he has gone and filed for divorce after the two announced their separation near the end of November!
Roberto apparently filed the docs in El Lay the day before Thanksgiving, which seems like kind of an odd way to ring in the holiday season.
Malin married The Petalstones drummer in 2007 and welcomed her first child with him, Sebastian, just seven months ago.
We hope this divorce is as amicable and as easy as possible.
