Man Who Lived With Bullet In His Head For Over 9 Decades Dies

Wow, talk about a headache!
Ever have one of those mind-numbing migraines that just won’t go away?
Try living with a bullet in your head!
That’s exactly what William Lawlis Pace did for 94.5 years until his death at 103 years old this past Monday in Turlock, California.
The Guinness World Record authorities recognized Pace as the person who had lived the LONGEST with a bullet lodged in his head!
When Pace was just eight years old, his big brother shot him by accident when they were playing with their dad’s .22 caliber rifle!
And we thought Ralphie was bad with his BB gun! LOLz.
Back when the incident occurred in 1917, Pace’s doctors thought brain surgery would be too risky, so they left the bullet right where it was and where it stayed until his death.
We hope William rests in peace…but wow, what a feat!
