Why Was This Man Playing The Violin While He Was Having Brain Surgery?! Watch The Video Of This Medical Breakthrough And Find Out!

brain surgery
Roger Frisch is a world-class concert violinist who has been playing his instrument for nearly his entire life.
But when his hand started to shake every time he brought his bow across his strings, the smooth sound he had mastered was suddenly distorted by his involuntary movements.
The tremors only occurred while Roger was playing. In order for doctors to discover a way to stop Roger’s shaking, they asked him something that is not believed to have ever been done before: play the violin whilst having brain surgery!
Brain surgery patients are often times kept awake during their procedures so that surgeons know everything is running smoothly. For Roger’s operation, medical crews engineered a special motion-tracking bow for Roger to use that would show his doctors just which movements caused Roger’s hand to tremble.
They positioned and repositioned electrodes in Roger’s head until he was able to play without any problems!
Post-surgery, he now has a brain pacemaker that with the flip of a switch, can relieve Roger of any tremors he experiences while performing!
Wow! Just, wow!
You’ve GOT to press PLAY (below) to see this stunning surgery! A musical brain surgery thanks to the patient playing the violin! How incredible is that?!
