If we met you at Starbucks, and ordered you a Sexagintuple Vanilla Bean Mocha Frappuccino, would you drink it?
For $54.75 you better drink every last ounce of it!
That’s right, a new Starbucks record has been set by Andrew from Dallas, Texas.
Starbucks has a loyalty program, and Andrew is a gold member. That means he gets a free drink after every twelve he buys.
The craziest part is there’s no limit to what he can get for free, so with some help from the baristas behind the counter, they set out to break the old record of $47.30.
Andrew brought in a 128-ounce glass and basically had them make him a 60 shot espresso mocha milkshake: The Sexagintuple Vanilla Bean Mocha Frappuccino.
Talking about beating the old record, he said:
“The $47.30 guy put in two bananas, strawberry, matcha powder, pumpkin spice, and lots of other things that probably don├óΓé¼Γäót go well together and definitely don├óΓé¼Γäót go well with 40 shots of espresso. They help raise the price, so I can├óΓé¼Γäót fault him for the strategy, but I didn├óΓé¼Γäót want to go that route.”
So he went the honorable way, and made a drink a person might actually enjoy tossing down the ol’ throat hole.
Just don’t drink it all in one sitting. There’s over 4,000mg of caffeine, the equivalent of over 100 cans of coca-cola.
That’s insane! How does it taste, though?
“I gotta say, it was delicious.”
We bet! That’s one seriously impressive drink!
We’d throw a party just to have others help us finish it!
