Man Shoots At Mouse, Hits One Roommate, Gets Other Arrested

This is one confusing story.
A man saw a mouse, so he got a gun and shot at it, missed, hit his roommate in the chest through a wall, then the cops came and found out his other roommate was having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl hiding in a basement closet.
Disgusting and confusing.
