The 28 year old arrived at the opening of NARS cosmetics’ flagship store wearing black cigarette pants, a leather jacket and matching pumps.
Her oversized envelope clutch added a bright pop of color and matched her pout perfectly.
We’re so used to seeing Mandy in sugary sweet looks, so this is a nice change.
