It took a while… but Mandy Moore has finally found the right man in her life!
The actress is this month’s cover girl over at Glamour, and during the accompanying interview to go along with her stunning cover shot, the former A Walk To Remember star got real about her first failed marriage to Ryan Adams.

The now 34-year-old star noted she felt “spiritually and fundamentally stuck” in her first marriage to Adams, explaining to the mag (below):
“I didn’t choose the right person. I don’t feel guilty for [the divorce]. I don’t fault myself for it. When people said, ‘I’m sorry,’ I was, like, ‘No. Sorry would have been had I stayed in a very unhealthy situation.’ I didn’t. I found my way out. And when I did, things opened back up again.”
Nice!!!
The This Is Us star is now nearly four years removed from her marriage to Adams, but a world away in lifestyle and mental health — because she’s engaged to her new fiance, Taylor Goldsmith, with plans “later this year” for the couple to wed!
Moore couldn’t help but gush over Goldsmith in the Glamour interview (below):
“I was still dealing with the trauma of my divorce when we started dating. Taylor was steadfast in his support — that was a huge sign for me … He makes me melt. I can imagine no better partner. He’s going to be the most tremendous father. I view the past as a stepping-stone to get me where I am today. I would gladly weather all of that a million times over if it brought me to Taylor again.”
