Whoever is managing Jennifer Aniston’s career has learned from the dismal returns from The Bounty Hunter that Jen needs to try a new approach to the biz. Therefore, Maniston has just signed on to direct her first movie!
Take that Angelina Jolie!
Though the project is still in development and no storyline has been released, Jen sounds all but too thrilled to be taking on the task, hoping, like the rest of us, it will bring a much needed spark to her career. When asked about the project, Jen explained:
“After you get enough movies under your belt you sit back and go, ‘What’s next?’ It’s getting to a time where creatively I want to turn in a different direction.”
Fine by us. It’ll be easier to pity you if you crash and burn when we don’t have to endure looking at you trying so hard on screen.
