The former Mr. Jennifer Lopez has just spent $2.5 million on a 6,200 square-foot home in the San Fernando Valley! Located in Encino, the home is an Italian style villa with 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, a fountain, pool, spa, and gym. It also has its own separate pool house!
Whoa! This’ll be a great place to host some parties this summer, especially given the extreme heat he’ll be dealing with in the Valley!
