While his people recently had to deny meritless rumors that Marc Jacobs was signing on to do Logo’s gay version of Real Housewives, the designer isn’t completely against the idea of doing reality TV. In fact, if presented with the right project and enough time, he would do it. Still that poses a problem. He says:
“I have a good friend, Alex Keshishian, who’s a director. He and I have talked about it for a long, long time. I think maybe I’m just too busy and it’s not even just me, but the people in my life, if they’re even up for it, so I don’t think it’s going to happen. I don’t think so, unless we came up with the right thing, the right way…I really would just want it to be a really great project, not just another reality show. Not that there’s anything wrong with them, but, for me, there’s nothing really exciting about doing another anything, you know?”
We do know, Marc, and we think that’s wise. Still, we would love a “real” glimpse into your world. He should do a little docu-drama: a day in the life! We think we know, but we have no idea!!
Pretty please?
