EXCLUSIVE! Margaret Cho Debuts Her Empowering New Single I Want To Kill My Rapist! Watch HERE!

You go, Cho!
Margaret Cho isn’t one to shy away from discussing taboo subjects, and her new single I Want To Kill My Rapist is the most on-brand she’s ever been.
The comic has been very upfront regarding her own history with sexual abuse, so it’s amazing to see her take her power back while uplifting young girls in the process.

And while the single may have a violent message on the surface, Margaret made sure to highlight the fact that the killing is simply a metaphor for being able to move on from such a traumatic experience, saying:

“I do not condone violence but cathartic rage has its place in art. I believe if you have been sexually abused, you must ‘murder’ your rapist in your mind. Abuse leads to self abuse, drug addiction, depression, eating disorders, suicide. I want to kill it before it kills me. I’m grateful to all the incredible artists who went into the creation of this song and video, especially the young people who lent their fierce fighting talents. I can see already that kids are building a better world than the one we are currently in.”

More people should have her outlook on life!
We could not be more proud of how Margaret is using her platform to make the world a better place.
