Margaret Thatcher, one of Britain’s most controversial Prime Ministers, has sadly passed after suffering a stroke.
She was 87.
Her spokesperson said in a statement:
“It is with great sadness that Mark and Carol Thatcher announced that their mother Baroness Thatcher died peacefully following a stroke this morning.”
Regardless of what people may have thought of her post-War policies, she was a force to be reckoned with, and will be missed.
