After having to cancel more dates from her All I Want for Christmas is You tour due to an upper respiratory infection, the divalicous songstress returned to the stage — and red carpet — at the AHF World Aids Day concert in Los Angeles on Thursday night!
And does she look amazing or what??

The 47-year-old flaunted a 25-pound weight loss in a curve-hugging black gown while her skin absolutely glowed!
Mariah reportedly underwent gastric sleeve surgery weeks ago, so we’re glad to see her recovering.
Just so she knows though, she looked stunning before, and she looks stunning now!
