Mariah Carey Suing Her Former Personal Assistant Over Blackmailed Videos

Mariah Carey is suing her former personal assistant Lianna Azarian to the tune of $3 million for secretly filming the starlet’s “personal activities,” and using her credit card for personal purchases under her name.

According to the lawsuit filed by Miz Carey, Lianna threatened to release “embarrassing” videos and other potentially damaging info upon being fired in November 2017 unless Mariah forked over $8 million.
Also in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the momma of two says that shortly after she hired Azarian as her executive assistant, she went to town with Mariah’s credit card and asked for deep discounts at stores, claiming the purchases were for the Touch My Body singer.
Mariah claims she was already paying Lianna upwards of $327,000 per year to be her assistant from March 2015 through November 2017. Seems generous enough that you shouldn’t be going on a spending spree with your boss’ AMEX. LOLz!!
Sadly, this isn’t Carey’s first time dealing with legal drama in her inner circle as she recently settled in court with her former manager, who parted ways with the musician around the same time Lianna was fired.
