Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are awesome exes!
In a recent interview, Mariah opened up about where her friendly relationship with ex-husband is and whether or not they’ll reunite in Aspen for the holidays. The trip to Colorado is a beloved X-mas tradition for the Cannons and their two kiddos, Monroe and Moroccan.

Carey reminisced on their winter holiday tradition, gushing:
“Santa Claus comes every year and real reindeer are there, of course, as well. We have too many traditions to name! We go on a two-horse open sleigh and spend Christmas in Aspen usually so I can have a white Christmas, so it’s really nice.”
Wow, sounds AMAZING. Color us jealous!
But wait will the pair be enjoying a sleigh ride in 2015?
Apparently, the answer is still uncertain. Not only is M.C. hospital bound with a SEVERE case of the flu, but it’s clear the former lovers are still figuring the whole co-parenting thing out. The singer explained:
“I think we’re all just learning as we go. We’re doing the best we can, and it’s all about the kids. That’s it!”
Hmm. While the response isn’t a definite YES, we think there’s still hope. The fam has hung out all together since the divorce, after all!
