While sources close to the We Belong Together singer have denied any romantic relationship between Miz Carey and Tanaka, new teasers from her upcoming E! show certainly have tongues waggin’!

Not only is there some serious footage of them flirting, but the famed diva’s team even confirms Bryan’s “crush on” Mariah. Well, well!
