On Tuesday, one day after Harvey Weinstein‘s rep denied that he groped a model over the weekend, celebrity lawyer Mark Jay Heller has released a statement on the alleged victim’s (22-year-old Ambra Battilana) behalf.
If the name sounds familiar, Mark has been heavily involved with the Lohan girls and their legal battles over the years.

Basically, the statement is aggressive in its defense of the model, and it’s made quite CLEAR that the suit is not motivated by blackmail.
