Mark Salling's Former Flame Sues The Late Glee Star's Estate Over Owed Cash

Mark Salling‘s ex wants the $2.7 million that’s owed to her.
On Thursday, it was revealed that the late Glee actor’s former flame, named Roxanne Gorzela, has filed a claim against his estate asking for the money promised to her in a past settlement. In case you forgot, Gorzela previously sued the deceased celebrity for sexual battery, as Salling allegedly forced her to have unprotected sex with him in March 2011.

At the time of the lawsuit, Roxanne accused Mark of sexual battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. In result, the controversial star was order to pay millions to Roxanne. However, following Salling’s January suicide, Roxanne has filed a creditor’s claim against the estate.
The woman has made this legal move in order to ensure that she is named a creditor and gets the money that is due to her. Seems fair enough to us.
Gorzela’s filing comes a month after Mark’s child pornography case was officially dismissed. Salling took his own life just a month before he was to be sentenced to prison for possession of child pornography. Rather than face his crimes, the troubled artist chose to take his own life.
His passing was ruled a suicide after he was found hanging from a tree and a coroner noted that he died from asphyxia. Here’s hoping Mark’s ex is able to get her millions and put this horribleness behind her.
