Get More: MTV Shows
Chivalry still lives!
Mark Wahlberg came to Mila Kunis‘ defense when a rude MTV Movie Awards audience member shouted an obscenity at her.
We’re not sure what was said, but the Ted actress was NOT impressed. “Really,” she mustered while shooting a nasty glare at the audience member.
Being the purrrfect mix of tough guy and gentleman, Mark stepped in and said, “Excuse me? What did he say?”
Even though Kunis insisted the comment didn’t matter, Mark responded with a bleeped out obscenity of his own before saying, “And here I thought I was going to have to slap Russell.”
HA! He quickly apologized for the delay and moved on with his presentation of the award for “Best On-Screen Dirtbag”, but DANG! We’d be absolutely terrified if we were that guy in the audience (and we’re so glad we aren’t).
Shouting something mean at lovely lady is pretty reckless to begin with, but shouting something mean at a lovely lady with The Fighter by her side!? Suicidal!
Luckily for the unruly fan, Marky Mark was feeling “forgiving” and he never had to issue that slap. The actor talked to sources after the show and explained:
“When I came onstage, some random heckler in the crowd said something vulgar to Mila. So that’s why I got a little upset. I did say somebody was going to get slapped, but I figure it’s Sunday, I went to church, I’m feeling forgiving right now.”
So this guy, whoever he is and wherever he may be, should literally be saying to himself, “Thank God!” LOL!
