Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen each scored their own cover for the April issue of British Elle.
For their cover shots, MKO posed for her closeup in a jeweled Prada coat while Ashley was captured in a stunning Dolce & Gabbana jeweled dress.
Inside, the twins talk about fashion and how they keep their world in place:
MARY-KATE:
“It├óΓé¼Γäós about being creative, but having a bigger vision for that creativity. For a designer to be successful nowadays, they need to know much more than just design. [Tom Ford], his career is astonishing ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ the way he├óΓé¼Γäós been able to do everything he has wanted to do and really not compromise at all. From fashion to film, it├óΓé¼Γäós such a singular vision.”
ASHLEY:
“We are perfectionists. We├óΓé¼Γäóve always wanted to be closely involved with everything, totally hands on ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ that├óΓé¼Γäós why it works. If we step away, it stops working. I know it sounds controlling, but it’s the way it has to be.”
