Oliver Sarkozy, the 42-year-old brother of the former French president, has decided that it’s high time he bought a pad in NYC — just a little somethin’ somethin’ for him and his girlfriend, Mary-Kate Olsen!
He paid $6.25 million for the East 10th Street historical home, though we’re pretty sure she could’ve afforded it on her own — didn’t she do just that when she went to NYU??
Anyway, the place is a 146-year-old, 4,200-square-foot house that was designed by James Renwick Jr.
You know, the guy who designed the St. Patrick’s Cathedral??
It has five stories, nine fireplaces, a Juliet balcony in front and a large rear garden.
It DOES sound amazeballz!
On a side note, it’s super easy to confuse Mary-Kate with his daughter sometimes, right?? They have the same build! Fun fact! LOLz!
