Two Malibu beach locals, Martin Peak and Philip John Hildebrand, who attacked a paparazzi photog snapping pictures on a beach where Mateo was surfing back in June, have just been charged with one misdemeanor count of battery for attacking the pap.
Each faces up to six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.
Violence is never the answer, y’all!
Plus, Mateo is a big boy.
