Way to be mature about this, Matt!
While in NYC promoting his new movie Contagion, Matt Damon was asked about the upcoming Bourne flick, which he will NOT be starring in.
Here’s what he had to say about it:
“The one thing they said is that it wouldn’t preclude me from doing another one, so I don’t think he’s [Renner] actually playing the Bourne character.”
“All I care about is that I can go do another one at some point, and if we can do that then I’m good.”
Don’t worry, Matt! We’ve also heard that he won’t be playing Jason Bourne, so it sounds like that role is still ALL YOURS if you want to revisit it in the future!
Maybe you and Jeremy Renner can join forces in the next one???
