Last week we reported Matthew Fox barely escaped the Big House after pleading no contest to last month’s DUI charge. Today we have all the deets on the ruling!
It’s simple. If Fox completes a diversionary program, he will never have to worry about petitioning a warden for conjugal visits!
The Deputy District Attorney in Oregon issued a short statement:
“[Fox] has to go to an evaluator for alcohol [abuse] and complete any recommended treatment program.”
It is his first offense but, wow, that sentence seems a bit light and breezy.
Since Lost wrapped, The Artist Formerly Known As Jack Shephard has employed unorthodox measures to keep his name in the headlines.
When he isn’t allegedly assaulting a bus driver, or being arrested on DUI charges, he’s being accused by former co-workers of consistently acting violent toward women.
To any casual observer, the actor is stuck in a terrifying cycle of alcohol-fueled violence.
Maybe it’s time to set down the bottle and have a serious talk with your family about treatment options for alcohol abuse.
