Matthew McConaughey Looking GAUNT!

Is it just us, or is Matthew McConaughey really coming into his own as an actor who goes the extra mile?
Just look at him — gone are the muscles and the fascination with being topless. In place is a very gaunt look, tailored specifically to play Ron Woodruff in The Dallas Buyer’s Club, which is the true story of a man who contracted HIV through drugs in the ’80s and has to sneak life-saving medications from Mexico into the country.
We wonder what he’s doing to transform?
Whatever it is, it can’t be very healthy. Don’t try it at home!
