Matthew Perry will make a return to NBC!
The network he use to call home just ordered half a season of Go On, a half-hour sitcom starring Chandler Matt. Perry’s part is described as “an irreverent yet charming sportscaster.”
Hmm. Every character Matt has ever played has been irreverent yet charming, so we have a hunch he can pull it off! LOL.
The Go On revolves around this sportscasting Chandler Bing, as he tries to move on from a loss and finds solace from the members of his mandatory group-therapy sessions.
They say the recipe for comedy is tragedy plus time; if that’s true, this show has a LOT of potential for funny.
In real life Matt may still be trying to get over his failed ABC sitcom Mr. Sunshine — which went downhill puuuurdy quickly!
