Last night’s premiere of Matthew Perry‘s new show, Mr. Sunshine, pulled in about 10.6 million viewers, and a 3.7 preliminary adults 18-49, making it not only ABC’s highest rated new series to debut this season, but also the network’s best numbers for the time frame in 16 MONTHS.
