McDonald’s has VOLUNTARILY agreed to display their product’s calorie count on wall-mounted menu boards in restaurants in the United Kingdom.
The decision coincides with other fast food chains like KFC, PIzza Hut, and Starbucks agreeing to post calorie content in partnership with the British Department of Health to fight obesity and promote healthier eating.
In more good news, the dominant chain has also promised to remove artificial trans fats from its products! Yay!
