Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have finally won a victory, however small, against the paparazzo who is suing them!
Well, another victory- it sounds like BAG got the KO last year! Which of course is why photographer Delbert Shaw is suing them for $25,000!
But the This Is 40 and 90210 stars had a different number in mind- the $2,475 to pay their legal fees in the proceedings!
The judge agreed Shaw owed the couple, but like Roanoke, the judgment turned out to be a tiny settlement.
The judge awarded the celeb couple just $620!
That wasn’t even Megan’s per diem on Transformers 2!
Oh well, a win is a win! And they didn’t even have to use their fists!
