The Duchess of Sussex posted some adorable never-before-seen pics of Lilibet, who turned 4 years old on Wednesday. But the real gem was a little video from four years back — an unfiltered look into what was happening right before Lili entered the world!

Meghan and Prince Harry were trying to induce labor any way possible, and the final tactic? A full-on dance party in the delivery room with the Duke to the song Baby Mama by MemeGasm! Hah! The Suits alum joked:
“Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work — there was only one thing left to do!
