Have we been underestimating the cunning of Camilla Parker Bowles??
Recently the Duchess of Cornwall made headlines when she seemed to shade Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when asked about their decision to step away from their duties with the Royal family in order to forge their own “progressive new role.”
However, according to a new report, Harry’s stepmum may actually have been in full support of Megxit — and even encouraged it! Wha??

Yes, according to a source speaking to Radar Online, while her husband, Prince Charles, had the rug pulled out from under him by Harry and Meghan’s surprise announcement, Camilla knew the whole time it was coming! The insider claims:
“She knew this was in the works and actually told Meghan to follow her heart and leave if she needed to.”
Wow! But why would Meghan listen to this particular in-law when she was having so much trouble fitting in with the rest of the Royals? According to this report the Duchesses got on quite well, probably due to the 72-year-old’s ability to sympathize as a controversial addition to the family herself.
As our Royalty-loving readers will remember, Camilla and Charles had an infamous extramarital affair during his marriage to Princess Diana. So perhaps Harry will never be able to have the best relationship with her, but for Meghan this was another woman who married into the Windsors under a cloud of negative publicity. Radar‘s insider claims:
“Meghan looks up to her as do Charles and The Queen”
So surprising to hear! The source says the Prince of Wales was well aware of the rapport between the Duchesses, just not what it would mean for the future of his family:
“Charles hoped Camilla would be a calming influence, but he’s been blind to her scheming and stirring that’s been going behind his back”
Camilla was stoking the fires of Megxit?? That is a seriously wild accusation.
So if this is true, what was up with that shady way she said she’d miss them??

An alternative explanation? She wasn’t being shady, she was being smug! The insider offers:
“Camilla secretly revels in all this drama. And she’s brilliant at playing all sides, like a conniving politician.”
Whoa! The source even suggests the likely future Queen Consort has ulterior motives for her moves:
“She’s basically just been biding her time and keeping everyone close until she’s sitting on the throne herself.”
LOLz, WHUT??
This source would have us believe Camilla is pulling some kind of Game Of Thrones scheming behind the scenes?
