Meghan Trainor was in the midst of a tour including six dates in the next week and a half when she suddenly announced she had to cancel!
The All About That Bass singer took to Instagram to post a sad and heartfelt message to her fans giving them the terrible news!

Apparently she hemorrhaged her vocal cord again and this time it’s a bit more serious as she developed bronchitis and has a constant cough now.
It’s so bad that she’s even going to need surgery!
