Meghan Trainor is keeping it real — uh, maybe a little TOO real — about motherhood, and honestly, we are both horrified and totally laughing along with her!
The pop princess, known for her bubbly personality and catchy hits, is pulling back the curtain on mom life in a way that is so unfiltered, it might make you squirm.

In a sneak peek of her appearance on Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast that’ll drop in full later on Thursday, the 32-year-old momma of three revealed the one part of parenting that absolutely no one prepared her for. And yeah, it’s not glamorous! She said:
“I’m Meghan Trainor, and I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t expect to pick this many boogers as a mom. Nobody warned me.”
We mean, she’s not wrong! But also… ew! Still, points for honesty, right?!
Meghan, who shares her three kiddos Riley, Barry, and baby Mikey Moon with husband Daryl Sabara, is currently deep in the trenches of parenting chaos. And if you thought juggling one or two kids was tough, she’s here to tell you that three under the age of five is a whole different level of madness.
She didn’t sugarcoat it either. In fact, she painted a picture that sounds straight out of a parental nightmare:
“I have three now, and it’s just like one’s infected in a weird place, one has diarrhea plus pinkeye and the other one’s just not sleeping or eating. We’re in the storm.”
YIKES! But also… LOLz! The storm, indeed!
Between sickness, sleepless nights, and apparently an endless supply of boogers, Meghan is living that full-on mom life with zero filters and zero shame.
