We mentioned earlier that Mel Gibson allegedly attacked a photographer while at the launch of a new club in El Lay last night. We are now getting word that the “victim” is no such thing, as the police are calling bullshit on his whole story.
Police determined that the guy’s story in no way lined up with the events of the evening. The dude said that Mel leapt at him and tore his shirt, yet the police counter that Mel couldn’t have done such on account of his location on the couch. (He was wedged into the couch by his fat pregnant GF.)
The police also go on to say that witnesses at the club never saw the guy get touched by Mel or leave with a ripped shirt.
So, basically, he was lying.
