We had a hunch something was up when Teresa’s arch nemesis sister-in-law and brother, Melissa and Joe Gorga put BOTH their, $3.8 million main house AND their $520,000 summer home on sale at the same time.
Turns out, our hunch was right!
Official docs reveal that Melissa owes $2.25 million mortgage on her SUMMER HOME after refinancing the property! Ya know, the one she’s trying to sell for $520,000??
That sounds like some deep shiz to us, but the Housewife’s rep says:
“The Gorgas are not in financial trouble. The documents in question represent the construction loan that the Gorgas took to build their main home, which used their shore house as collateral. Once the Gorgas secured a permanent mortgage, which is a matter of public record, that construction loan was null and void. The bank is currently correcting the paperwork.”
So… the bank’s records are wrong?
Seems a little odd that a bank would forget to update a the status on such a LARGE sum of ca$h!
What to believe??
We’re starting to feel like both the ladies in Joe’s life are good at twisting the truth!
