Cinder-Meryl! Ha!
We don’t think you can be human and not adore Meryl Streep. You don’t have to love her movies (although The Devil Wears Prada has to be at least in your collection), but you have to love Meryl. She is pure and educated and honest and above all, extraordinarily humble.
Which is why when she won the BAFTA this weekend, tripped, lost her shoe and had to have Colin Firth go get it, it wasn’t embarrassing — it was charming! And you know what? She has the confidence and the grace to let the faux pas just roll right off of her! Amazing!
