Michael Bay, director of Transformers, is facing legal action because, apparently, his body guard carries around a gun and isn’t shy about taking it out and pistol-whipping people on the head.
Joshua Stewart and Paul Kimczak were reportedly at Kiss nightclub in Hollywood in August 2008 when the confrontation with Bay’s body guard occurred. The two men and Bay’s body guard were thrown out, and that’s when the unnamed guard rendered them both unconscious after hitting them with the pistol.
They were taken to the hospital with broken teeth, broken bones, and other injuries. The men are suing Bay, claiming that he should have had control over his guard, as well as the club, who they claim should have stopped serving the guard alcohol.
Michael Bay needs to explain to his body guard that real life isn’t like Transformers, and that he can’t just go around pistol-whipping people willy nilly!
