Since Cameron Douglas is being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in NYC pending drug trafficking charges, his father, Michael Douglas, removed his head from the sand and finally addressed his son’s drug debacle.
“The family is devastated and very disappointed in Cameron’s recent behavior. Any family who has dealt with substance abuse knows how devastating it can be,” said a new statement released by Poppa Douglas.
That’s it?!
After Cameron’s first arrest on charges of distributing crystal meth, he was released on bail and put on house arrest. It wasn’t until the boy genius violated the terms of his home detention when his girlfriend brought him a heroin-filled electric toothbrush, yet she claims she had no idea.
She’s just an angel dating a drug dealer!! Not suspicious in the slightest!
If convicted, Douglas faces anywhere from 10 years to life in prison.
Shaming your family, a possible jail sentence and bringing drugs into your mommy’s home?!
