It looks like Michael Girgenti was NOT messing around when he said he would pursue legal action against Kourtney Kardashian!
The male model is still looking to prove that he is the actual father of little Mason after he and the reality starlet allegedly had a fling back in 2009 while she and Scott Disick were on a break!
Earlier this month, Michael threatened to sue Kourtney if she didn’t agree to a paternity test, and now it looks like he’s going through with it as he has consulted Debra Opri, the same attorney who helped Larry Birkhead prove he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith‘s daughter, Dannielynn!
A family member of Michael’s says he’s desperate to know the truth once and for all:
“It was killing him not knowing the truth. It became obvious to Michael that [Penelope] and Mason do not share the same father.”
Kourtney has spoken out through an attorney and calls the claims a “preposterous and an outrageous lie.” In fact, she says she was never even involved with Michael romantically in the first place!
Regardless of what she’s saying, Michael is DEFINITELY gearing up to take on Kourtney in court, so right now it looks like it’s her move!
She obviously would like to put this whole thing to bed once and for all, and the only way to do that is to agree to a paternity test!
