MJ Estate Being Sued For $10 Million Dollars Over The Herps!

Oh boy. This is just…sad.

A woman has come forward to claim that in the 70s, she had a sexual relationship with the late Michael Jackson that resulted in her contracting herpes. She is now suing the estate for $10 million as she claims contracting the STD has ruined her life.

STD’s tend to do that…but let’s consider the “evidence,” shall we?

This woman, Shellie Smith, has no real proof that MJ gave her the disease, nor any proof that even had sex together. She’s confessed, however, that she most certainly contracted the disease from Jackson since he was the only partner she ever had.

…WHAT?! Are you telling us you haven’t had sex in 40 years? We think you’ve got bigger problems than just a cold sore, honey!!!

Oh, BTW – it might interest you to know that this isn’t the first time Shellie’s tried to sucker money out of the estate. In 2010, she claimed that she was secretly married to MJ for years and was entitled to spousal support. Yeah, no one bought that story, just like no one is buying this one.
