You can’t accuse him of not caring!
Michael Lohan’s baby momma Kate Major has been in jail due to her DUI, but it turned out that she’s also pregnant!
Well, this week, Kate has reportedly been taken to the infirmary twice for vaginal bleeding, and she was sent back to her cell both times, and forced to carry her things back.
Upon hearing this, Michael said:
“You know damn well if someone has vaginal bleeding while pregnant that’s indicative of a miscarriage.”
And even though there was an ultrasound that showed a heartbeat, Mr. Lohan is taking this to court! He’s hired Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez to get a specialist in there to check out Kate and make sure their child is doing a-okay!
We hope Kate’s fine, and are kind of shocked that the prison didn’t take this issue more seriously. After all, it’s an innocent life at stake!
