Time to pull out that checkbook!
Dina Lohan recently went to a judge claiming that ex Michael Lohan hadn’t been holding up his end of the bargain about paying half of their son Cody’s private school tuition, and it turns out she was right!
At the time, Michael said that he’d already paid for the school and Cody’s car, but a judge disagreed!
Now, Michael has to pay by July, or a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
It’s not clear just how much Michael will have to pay, because Dina claims that he owes her $20,000, but the court docs say $3,800.
Either way, Mr. Lohan better make a trip to the bank!
