They’d rather risk four years in the slammer than stop with the excuses!
That’s right, Michael Lohan filed a ‘not guilty’ plea today at his arraignment regarding the four charges stemming from the domestic abuse he inflicted upon on-again, off-again girlfriend Kate Major, which include domestic violence, violation of a domestic injunction, resisting arrest without violence, and violating a condition of pretrial release.
The father of the year was unable to be present in the courtroom today, as this arraignment was in Tampa, and he is currently being held without bail at the Hillsborough County jail after his Sarasota trial in connection with a prior temporary restraining order, which was made permanent, from Major yesterday. However, he is scheduled to appear before the judge on the 16th for a bond hearing!
Here’s hoping he continues to be held without bail! It’s been a nice break from his constant famewhoring!
