Well, this sounds sincere…
Michael Phelps was arrested early this morning for a DUI, and while details were sparse, he took control of the situation and explained even more.
The Olympian tweeted an apology, saying:
(1/3) Earlier this morning, I was arrested and charged with DUI, excessive speeding and crossing double lane lines.

We hope Michael actually is sincere this time because one DUI is horrible, but this is his SECOND!
At some point he needs to learn how truly dangerous it is for everyone when someone drinks and drives. He put a LOT of lives in danger, not just his own.
