Seriously though, it does look like Michael Phelps and Win McMurry having a good time when they’re not glued to their phones! They’re in Spain attending the FINA Swimming World Championships in Barcelona!
Attending doesn’t mean competing though, so Michael kept his shirt on the whole time.
That we know of — they ARE dating!!
