Christmas came early for Michael Rapaport… in the form of people remembering the existence of Michael Rapaport.
All it took was an Instagram post in which the 48-year-old actor called Ariana Grande ugly and claimed she wasn’t acting her age. Oh, the irony!

Captioning a throwback photo of the pop superstar without makeup on, the comedian wrote:
“Ariana Grande is 27 acts 12, you take off those boots she hides her legs in, the cat eye make up and the genie pony tale and I think there’s hotter women working the counter at Starbucks no disrespect to Starbucks.”
He then linked to a new episode of his podcast, making it obvious that this was a shameless ploy to make people pay attention to him.
Well, it worked! Rapaport quickly drew the ire of social media for shaming the pop star’s appearance — and he was more than ready to take on the backlash.
After receiving heat from critics and Arianators alike, Rapaport took to Twitter to point out their hypocrisy, explaining that he’s labeled a “HERO” for sh*t talking Donald Trump, but a villain for making fun of the 25-year-old Sweetener songstress. He wrote:
As for the “snowflakes” who suddenly labeled him a misogynist for hating on Ari, the actor had a response for that, too:
Clearly, he wants to rip on everyone — whether they’re loved or hated by society — and will throw a tantrum if we don’t let him.
He’s acting like a 20-year-old Perez Hilton. Ha!
