That may seem like a ridiculous amount of money but he actually sold it at a loss!

Yup! He originally bought the 2,560-square-foot Hermose Beach condo for 2.05 million!
He bought the place in 2005 when real estate prices were waaaay over-inflated, so losing $150,000 is actually not that bad.
Besides, he’s raking in that Live! with Kelly and Michael money now!
We think he’ll be just fine.
