Michael Weatherly has a lot to be thankful for.
Not only is he one of the leads on NCIS, America’s most watched drama, but he just went through a very successful weight loss transition too!
Last May, Tony DiNozzo decided to get back into shape and it really looks like the decision paid off in just four short months.
Michael even took to Twitter to post a picture of himself finishing a triathlon just last week!
The 46-year-old actor worked on his physical fitness by running, completing marathons, and even jump roping on set of his hit CBS show!
NCIS is the biggest franchise on TV right now, with season 12 premiering just this past Tuesday, so it makes sense that Michael would want to stay as healthy as possible as to stick with the procedural for as long as he can.
We love seeing people care about their bodies, especially when said bodies are this attractive.
Keep it up, Michael!
