It’s a trend now for our armed forces to ask celebs to the Marine Corps Ball — and let’s face it, if anyone deserves a little celeb dating it’s them!
In equally awesome and adorable fashion, Marine Lance Cpl. Aaron Leeks followed suit. Though, he asked a married woman: MObama!!
And she said yes!!
She was helping sort Christmas giveaways to needy kids, and moved right next to him. Naturally, he didn’t miss his chance!
“She said, ‘yes.’ She’d love to go with me. The reason she’s checking with her husband is to make sure that week is clear. I knew how supportive the first lady is of the family structure, in general, and especially military families. Like, was I really asking her? She said, ‘Really?’ And I said, ‘Yes, ma’am’ I’m greatly honored.’”
Adorbs! We can’t wait to hear all about it next year!
