Michelle Williams wanted to be formal, but her hair was clearly there to party at the Kate Young for Target launch in New York City Tuesday night.
The actress donned a sheer polka dot top, navy blue sateen shorts and a white blazer with black trim all from the Hollywood stylist’s collection.
The outfit was cute, but we’re pretty sure everyone was too busy staring at Michelle’s Kate Gosselin ‘do to notice.
